WHAT IS THE EXPEDITE EXPO?
The 23rd Annual Expedite Expo is an indoor trucking exposition that focuses on the time sensitive, expedited trucking industry. This event features over 45 exhibitors from truck manufacturers, dealers, trucking carriers, truck suppliers and service providers. The expo covers over 35,000 square feet of trucks, truck parts, trucking displays, recruiters and product exhibits.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND EXPEDITE EXPO?
Owner operators, drivers, fleet managers, fleet executives, CDL drivers, motor carriers and all others interested in the trucking industry. Expedite Expo is open to the general public and is a family friendly event.
WHERE IS THE EXPEDITE EXPO LOCATED?
The Expo is hosted at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Get directions.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND EXPEDITE EXPO?
Registration and admission are free, but we ask you to register in advance. Please see next answer for parking information.
IS THERE A FEE FOR TRUCK PARKING?
The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is a city building and they charge for parking. Parking is $8 for cars, van, pickup trucks and motorcycles, RV’s, straight and semi trucks are $16 per day. If you leave the parking area and come back you will have to pay again to park. All parking booths accept CASH and DEBIT/CREDIT cards.
Memorial Coliseum offers 5,500 on-premises spaces in a lighted asphalt parking lot. You may stay overnight in the parking lot. You can arrive as early as Thursday to stay overnight, but you need to be out of the parking lot by Sunday morning.

CAN I PARK MY RV OR CAMPER AT THE EXPO?
Overnight RV and camper parking is permitted in the designated truck lot. There are a few electrical hook-ups. Contact event manager, Kristy Lohre @ [email protected] for pricing.
CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE EXPEDITE EXPO?
The only pets that are permitted inside the Memorial Coliseum are guide and signal dogs. However, pets are welcomed on the grounds otherwise.
