Indiana State Police CVED, Level 1 Mock Inspection

Speakers: M/TRP Jason Ward, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division
The most comprehensive safety inspection level, a level 1 inspection focuses on 32 “critical” safety components. The Officer will be checking the vehicle from bumper to bumper and from underneath to ensure all moving components are functioning, as well as the brakes, lighting, and load securement. A level 1 inspection also includes a paperwork check and driver credential check.
